FAQ
To log in, click the Login button on the top right of the LMS homepage and enter your username and password provided by Ubuhle via e-mail.
If this is your first time accessing the system, check your email for your login credentials and activation instructions.
Your LMS login credentials are sent to your registered email address after your enrolment has been completed.
The email will include:
- Your username
- Temporary password
- LMS login link
If you have not received your login details within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
There are several possible reasons:
- You may not have received the e-mail with login details from Ubuhle.
- You may not have inserted your username and password exactly as per the e-mail notification.
- Your course enrolment may still be pending.
- Your account may not have been fully activated.
If the issue continues, please contact E-Learning Support or your Project Co-Ordinator to ensure we have the correct details.
